Dave started Pondscapes of Charlotte in 2002. Dave has always had a desire to create quality and professional work and enjoys creating oasis's that people can easily access. He is passionate about the work he does and refuses to leave a job without perfection and customer approval.

Sally Blocksom
( Owner /CFO)

Sally has been with Pondscapes of Charlotte since 2002. She is the CFO of the company and helps our customers with any billing/payment issues. She has played a very important role in making sure Pondscapes of Charlotte's customers have a pleasant, and easy experience when it comes to making payments to the company.

Pondscapes of Charlotte's installation team is made up of three talented individuals Daniel Tsiro, Carlos Hernandez, and Vincente Garcia. They are a great team who have faced many challenges throughout their pond building careers. Together they have learned to overcome these challenges and come out on the other side better.

These are the artist that help make our customer's dreams come true. Through experience and lots of practice, our installation team has become one of the best in the industry. Over the years they have helped create new lifestyles for people to enjoy and live everyday. It is important to note that creative freedom is one of the most important things we empower our team with in order to get the best product in the ground that both our customers and their visitors will enjoy!

Brad Blocksom:
Bradley is an all around guy, from sales to installation and VIP maintenance, he is the guy that you will most likely see around your project site or be talking on the phone with.

Braeden Branch:
Braeden has been working with animals most of his life. He is an avid outdoorsman and knows a lot about aquatic animals! He builds stunning waterfalls and streams and takes the time to make sure the customer is happy!

Vincente Garcia:
Vincente has been with Pondscapes since 2013 and is a man everyone wants to have on the job. He knows how to make people laugh and loves having fun at work. He does this while also being the hardest worker on the Pondscapes of Charlotte team.

Pondscapes of Charlotte's VIP team is made up three individuals who take great pride in the water gardens that they maintain. Ken Walls, Chrissy Rivelli, and Brad Blocksom all have a unique set of talents they bring to the table which together make for a great customer experience.

VIP members include customers that have signed up for either monthly or quarterly VIP maintenance. This program is best for people who would like to spend less time working on their pond and more time enjoying it.

Chrissy Rivelli: VIP Team
Chrissy has over 20 years of experience working in plant nurseries such as Pike Nursery and Ross Farms. She joined the Pondscapes team after years of working with Dave, the owner, in many different home shows and events. She specializes in designing and installing personalized planting packages for our customers. If you have a plant question she is the person to ask!

Ken Walls: VIP Team
Ken has over 10 years of experience in the pond and water-feature industry! He joined Pondscapes of Charlotte in 2003 and has worked his way up to exclusively dealing with our VIP monthly members. People love him for his likability, honesty, expertise, and his good nature. We save the best for our VIP members and that is why he is the Lead VIP Technician.

To help alongside other companies to build St.Jude's dream home. We installed a pondless water feature in the back yard of this beautiful home. The home is raffled off with all the proceeds going to the children's hospital. This well help families with medical bills, finding cures, and improving treatment for the children in the hospital.
